Acid Reflux Relief

For 4 long years I was looking for acid reflux relief as I suffered from severe Acid Reflux (or Gerd to some people). I tried all sorts of drugs and medication recommended by my Doctor but nothing worked.

In desperation I searched and searched for natural and home made remedies and eventually I found a number of remedies which worked and I eventually did get acid reflux relief. I then discovered there was a comprehensive online book available which not only gave lots of simple remedies and ways to avoid Acid Reflux but was also fairly cheap as well.
